Anyone wanting to go to the mud flats will need a snowmobile or ATV, a snowmobile would be the best because you need to cross a pressure ridge. Walleye fishing has been good in the bays and on the rock points but the majority of the fish are small. Some jumbo perch and northern pike are being caught in the same areas that the walleyes are being caught.
